Brahma Kumaris celebrate New Year with devotional event
The Brahma Kumaris welcomed the New Year and celebrated the 41st anniversary of the local Rajyoga Bhavan with a grand devotional program this morning.
Center In-charge Pushplata shared a message received from Mt Abu, which highlighted the beginning of the golden age.
Senior Rajyoga teacher Sunita encouraged attendees to leave behind the past and make positive resolutions for the year ahead.
The cultural program began with a spirited dance performance by Aashna, who involved the hundreds of citizens present in the hall by performing to the spiritual song “Din Hai Sundar Se Aaj Kuch Kar Gujrein.”
Bhavya’s dance on the song “Sab Ek Hon Sab Nek Hon” and Pihu’s performance, which conveyed the message of letting go of the past, followed. Drishti’s dance on “Kya Jadu Kiya Tune Baba” honoured the founder of Brahma Kumaris.
The chief guest, Mayor Vimal Thatai, graced the occasion by lighting traditional lamps and participating in a New Year cake-cutting ceremony.
New Year gifts were distributed to all attendees, marking the joyful occasion.
