Parties misleading people with fake promises: Dhindsa

Chandigarh: Senior leader of the SAD (Sanyukt) and ex-Finance Minister Parminder Singh Dhindsa Wednesday said the Congress, SAD (B) and other political parties were trying to mislead people by making fake promises instead of making them self-reliant.
