A car was completely destroyed in a fire caused by a malfunctioning heater, but the owner had a narrow escape. The incident occurred as the car was enroute from
Rajanwali village to Sriganganagar.
Bhanu Pratap Singh of Sriganganagar shared that his brother, Sandeep, had travelled to Bathinda for work the previous day. After staying at a friend’s house in Rajanwali, he was heading back home to Sriganganagar late
at night.
While nearing Sherewala village, Sandeep noticed a burning sensation inside the car due to the heater running for an extended period. He quickly exited the vehicle, and moments later, a loud sound, similar to firecrackers, erupted. Within seconds, the car was engulfed in flames and reduced to ashes. Sandeep managed to escape without injury.
