The trader alleged that the Customs Superintendent demanded Rs 1.5 lakh and said the money was to be shared with the Sahnewal Additional Commissioner. The CBI laid a trap and caught the Superintendent red-handed while accepting the bribe of Rs 1.3 lakh. Subsequently, the role of Garg came to light and she was apprehended. — TNS
