The Additional Chief Secretary (Revenue), Anurag Verma, has directed all Deputy Commissioners to ensure that these cameras are operational. A comprehensive report on the status of cameras is to be submitted by January 31, 2025.

Senior officials at the headquarters will monitor the CCTV footage to maintain oversight. Deputy Commissioners have also been instructed to conduct surprise inspections of the revenue offices using live footage from the cameras.
