On his second tour to bypoll-bound Jalandhar since he came out of jail, Congress leader Navjot Sidhu slammed Finance Minister Harpal Cheema over his statement of not answering the questions posed by him.

“Till the time CM Bhagwant Mann was not in power, he could crack jokes and poke others. Now that he is in power, he or his ministers cannot shirk from replying to the questions being asked by the Opposition leaders. In a democracy, the Opposition’s job is to ask. I am not fighting any individual battle.”
