CM’s Medal for Sangrur SP Virk
Navreet Singh Virk, Superintendent of Police (Punjab Bureau of Investigation), Sangrur, has been awarded the Chief Minister’s Medal by the Governor for his outstanding devotion to duty. The award will be conferred on him on Republic Day this year.
Earlier, Virk had got four DGP’s Commendation Discs for his outstanding performance and devotion to duty. He got his first DGP’s Commendation Disc in 2018 while being the Deputy Superintendent of Police (DSP) at Chamkaur Sahib in Ropar district. He got three DGP’s Commendation Discs in just 14 months (June 2023 to July 2024) after his joining at Sangrur on May 30, 2023.
