Two horns of a deer and a bucket of cooked deer meat were recovered from Kallowal village in Dasuya by a Wildlife Department team.

Gurcharan Singh, DFO, Hoshiarpur, said following a tip-off that deer meat was being cooked at the house of one Major Singh, a team was formed to investigate the matter. The team raided the house and seized the meat. — OC
