Denied ticket, Moga legislator switches to BJP

Chandigarh, January 15

After denial of ticket, Congress MLA from Moga Harjot Kanwal on Saturday joined the BJP. Besides, former MLA Ajit Sigh Shant, PCC spokesperson Gurpal Singh Goldi, Kamaljit Singh Patiala and other too joined the BJP. Party’s campaign committee incharge, Gajendra Singh Shekhawat, welcomed the leaders into the party fold. —
