Chandigarh: A delegation led by former Union Minister and rebel SAD leader Sukhdev Singh Dhindsa on Tuesday met Governor VP Singh Badnore. Dhindsa, accompanied by former minister Sewa Singh Sekhwan and former MLA Bir Devinder Singh, alleged that the Congress government had failed to rein in the liquor mafia.
