Dimpy was accompanied by Cabinet ministers Aman Arora, Baljit Kaur, Gurmeet Singh Khudian, Barinder Kumar Goyal and some MLAs. Arora, who is AAP’s Gidderbaha bypoll in-charge, claimed that the contest was one-sided as the public had decided to vote for Dimpy.

During her roadshow, Amrita was accompanied by her husband Amrinder Singh Raja Warring, who is PCC chief, and some party leaders, including Balkaur Singh. Appealing to the public to vote for the Congress, Balkaur, who is the father of slain singer Shubhdeep Singh Sidhu Moosewala, termed it a party which believed in the law.

BJP candidate Manpreet Singh Badal campaigns at Rukhala village in the Gidderbaha Assembly segment of Muktsar on Monday.

Raja Warring raised slogans like “Sidhu Moosewala Amar Rahe”. Notably, the slain singer still has a huge fan following, especially among youngsters.

Amrita thanked her supporters and appealed to them to lay the foundation of the Congress government in 2027 by ensuring her win in the bypoll.
