Chandigarh: The Delhi Sikh Gurdwara Management Committee (DSGMC) has constituted a committee of three senior advocates to look into the November 9 judgement of the Supreme Court in the M Saddiq M. Thr Lrs versus Mahant Suresh Das and others along with SLP (Civil) Diary No. 22744/2017 Shia Central Board of Waqf versus Sunni Central Board of Waqf. Advocates HS Phoolka, SRS Suri and APS Ahluwalia will analyse the judgment in the light of Sikh history, tenets and faith. The committee will look into remarks on Sikhs given in the judgment and suggest appropriate rectifications. tns
