Rajesh Aggarwal, Divisional Rail Manager, said through this module, railway employees would be able to apply for a pass online from anywhere. Earlier, the employees could not book tickets online through IRCTC.

Aggarwal said the Ferozepur division had about 19,000 railway staff, and the Human Resource Management System (HRMS)

was a combination of hardware and software designed to manage the computerised and automated processes of the organisation through which any railway employee could view the data related to his service, and could also communicate with the administration for any changes. — OC
