The Shiromani Akali Dal (SAD) today asked Chief Minister Bhagwant Mann to explain what stand he had taken at the joint meeting with his Haryana counterpart and the Union Jal Shakti Minister on the Sutlej Yamuna Link (SYL) canal issue.
