Harmanjot Kaur, a resident of Doad village, Faridkot, gifted a self-made portrait to Punjab Director General of Police Gaurav Yadav.

The BA (Fine Arts) student — who had lost her mobile phone in December 2024 — gifted the sketch as a token of appreciation to the Faridkot police for successfully tracing and returning her mobile phone.

In a post on X, the DGP wrote, “The portrait is an expression of gratitude that reflects not only her artistic talent but also the hard work and commitment of the Faridkot Police. This sketch stands as a beautiful tribute to the dedication and efforts of the personnel who serve with sincerity and care.”
