Fazilka MLA conducts surprise inspection at BDPO office

AAP MLA Narinderpal Singh Sawna from Fazilka carried out a surprise inspection of the local Block Development and Panchayat Office. During the visit, several employees were found absent from their duties.

MLA Sawna issued a stern warning to the employees, urging them to remain punctual and reminded them of potential consequences for repeated absenteeism. He further instructed the staff to “mark entry into the register if they went out of the town on government duty.”

Additionally, the MLA advised the employees to be more attentive to visitors, who often spend valuable time in the office, and to ensure that pending cases are disposed of within the stipulated timeframe.

During his visit, Sawna also attended a training session for newly elected sarpanches and panches. The session was organised to educate the local leaders on managing the development projects initiated by the government.
