Chandigarh, June 28

Just a month after the Punjab cyber cell registered two FIRs against unidentified persons for creating a fake WhatsApp account in the name of Punjab DGP VK Bhawra and Chief Secretary, the fraudsters have struck again.

The DGP announced on Twitter that fraudsters were using his photo to seek money from officials. He asked those contacted to not succumb to the fraud and report the matter to the cyber police.
