Garib Rath fire: Miraculous escape for passengers as 3 AC coaches gutted near Punjab's Sirhind

There was no casualty in the incident, they said.
The fire broke out around 7:30 am when the train (number 12204) was coming from Amritsar.
Civil and police authorities promptly arrived at the scene. Fire tenders and ambulances were rushed to the spot, and after a prolonged effort, the fire was brought under control.
Officials said that upon noticing smoke in one of the AC coaches, passengers were safely evacuated and relocated to other coaches.
The affected coaches were then detached from the train to prevent further damage.
The train remains stationary near Sirhind railway station as investigations and safety checks continue.
