Gunshots fired at Youth Cong leader’s house in Hoshiarpur

Two unidentified bike-borne persons fired three gunshots outside the house of a youth Congress leader here on the intervening night of March 14 and 15.

Rishu Adia, president of Hoshiarpur constituency of Youth Congress and district youth president of Bhagwan Valmiki Sabha, said the CCTV footage showed the two bikers reached near his house in Sukhdev Nagar around 12:15 am. One of them got off the bike and fire three rounds outside his house before fleeing with his accomplice.
A case has been registered against the unidentified miscreants.
