Chandigarh, July 5

The state government today shifted out DGP (Intelligence) Prabodh Kumar, replacing him with IG Jatinder Aulakh. The government also issued new posting orders for other DGPs, who could not be posted as the officiating DGP because of their seniority.

IG Aulakh will head the Intelligence wing in the charge of Additional Director General of Police (ADGP).

DGP Sanjeev Kalra, Managing Director, Punjab Police Housing Corporation, has been posted as the DGP, Home Guards. DGP Harpreet Singh Sidhu is the head of the STF in addition to DGP, Prisons. DGP Kuldeep Singh heads Internal Vigilance. Dr Sharad Satya Chauhan is the DGP, Punjab Police Housing Corporation, and Sudhanshu S Srivastava is the ADGP, Security.
