After the RDX blast at the residence of Punjab Congress leader from Batala Aman Jaitipuria, Leader of the Opposition (LoP) in the state Assembly Partap Singh Bajwa on Thursday condemned Chief Minister Bhagwant Mann for his alleged failure to maintain law and order.
