Muktsar: The government on Sunday started the mass inoculation drive for cattle as a preventive measure against the lumpy skin disease by organising a programme at Malout. Minister for Animal Husbandry Gurmeet Khudian said the state had procured 25 lakh doses of goat pox vaccine.
