Man arrested in rape case

Fazilka, April 22

A resident of Chimnewala village was arrested for allegedly raping an 18-year-old girl in Fazilka district.

The victim alleged that accused Gurmeet Singh misled her and took her to his house in the village. She alleged that the accused kept her in the house for 10 days and raped her. The accused has been booked under Section 376 of the IPC by the Arniwala police. — OC
