Man nabbed with 2 Pak-made pistols

The police have arrested a man and seized two 9 mm Glock pistols allegedly smuggled from Pakistan.

Acting on a tip-off, a patrol team nabbed Gulshan Masih, a resident of Shahpur village of Gurdaspur, with illegal weapons near Sadhuwala village in Faridkot.

The police said the weapons had reportedly entered Punjab through cross-border channels. A case under Sections 25, 54 and 59 of the Arms Act had been registered and further investigation was underway.
