The Muktsar Police today brought Kapil Phogat in Manpreet Singh Manna murder case on a production warrant from Haryana, and produced him in a court in Malout town which sent him to five-day police remand.

Manna, a history-sheeter and relative of some Congress leaders, was shot dead by some sharp-shooters outside a gym on the outskirts of Malout town on December 2, last year.

Earlier, the police had brought gangsters Lawrence Bishnoi and Rohit Godara on production warrants from Rajasthan.
