In 2019, Manhar had got the all-India first rank in the ICSE Class X exams. That time, while talking to The Tribune, Manhar had said he would first crack the CLAT and then clear the UPSC exam. “All my family members are doctors, but I want to first crack the CLAT and then clear the UPSC exam to become an IAS officer,” he had said in 2019.

Dr Madan Mohan Bansal and Dr Bandna Bansal, parents of Manhar, said their son wanted to get admission in National Law University, Bengaluru. “Manhar has not just inched one step closer to his goal but also made us proud with his all-India first position for the second time,” they said.
