Congress leader Navjot Sidhu tweeted about the successful surgery of his wife. He thanked the hospital staff and her well-wishers.

Sidhu wrote, “Wife discharged from Hospital after a successful operation ….Thank you to the hospital staff @fortis_hospital and all those who prayed for her well being … Rabb Rakha.”

He had earlier put out a tweet citing his wife’s ill health and seeking prayers for her speedy recovery.

Wife was seriously ill for the last two days , was hospitalised yesterday ….. will be operated today at fortis Hospital … praying for a speedy recovery
