The Punjab Police on Friday held a one-day workshop on nuances of Article 21 of the Constitution that guarantees the protection of life and personal liberty. A special focus was on rulings of various courts, especially the Supreme Court, regarding the scope of the Fundamental Right.

The Tribune, now published from Chandigarh, started publication on February 2, 1881, in Lahore (now in Pakistan). It was started by Sardar Dyal Singh Majithia, a public-spirited philanthropist, and is run by a trust comprising five eminent persons as trustees.
