Chandigarh: The Pepsu Road Transport Corporation (PRTC) will add 219 new buses to its fleet for providing a convenient and comfortable journey to the public. Transport Minister Laljit Bhullar said the PRTC was in dire need of buses to meet the demand of new routes. He said approval in this regard had already been accorded by Chief Minister Bhagwant Mann.

“The process to include buses under the kilometer scheme has been initiated and a tender has already been floated. The last date for it is August 2,” the Transport Minister added.
