Punjab govt advertises posts of CMD, directors in power corporation

The Punjab government has invited applications for the post of CMD and directors in the Punjab State Power Corporation Limited (PSPCL) and Punjab State Transmission Corporation Limited (PSTCL).

As per an advertisement, the state government has invited applications for the post of chairman cum managing director (CMD) and some directors before the expiry of their extended terms.

It has been decided to invite applications for full-time chairman-cum-managing director (CMD), Director Distribution, Director Commercial, Director HR of PSPCL and Director Technical (PSTCL) till October 15, 2024.

The term of incumbent CMD Baldev Singh Sran and Director Distribution DIPS Grewal ends in February 2025.

For the post of CMD, candidates should be an engineering graduate or CA/ ICWA/MBA.
