Ludhiana, April 6 

Punjab Industries and Commerce Minister Sunder Sham Arora and Food and Civil Supplies Minister Bharat Bhushan Ashu on Tuesday visited the factory site where the roof collapsed on Monday that left four dead and nine seriously injured. 

About 35 people were rescued alive in the incident.  

Both the ministers assured strict action against all those found guilty, and responsible for the mishap. 

They informed that the factory owner has been arrested while the contractor was still on the run. 

Deputy Commissioner Varinder Kumar Sharma, Commissioner of Police Rakesh Agrawal, and MC Commissioner Pardeep Sabharwal were also present during the visit.
