To further streamline the working and increase the efficiency of the Armed wing, Director General of Police (DGP) Punjab Gaurav Yadav on Saturday promoted another troop of 60 Sub-Inspectors of Armed Police cadre to the rank of Inspector. With this promotion of 60 police personnel, almost all vacancies of Inspector rank have been filled in the Armed Wing of the Punjab Police.
