Union Food Processing Industries Minister Harsimrat Kaur Badal has urged Rajasthan CM Ashok Gehlot to restart langar at Acharya Tulsi Regional Cancer Institute in Bikaner.

In a letter to the CM, Harsimrat said people from 14 villages of Talwandi Sabo had been running langar at the Bikaner cancer hospital for six years. “Recently, the Bikaner administration had forcibly stopped langar and dismantled a shed where food was prepared,” she said. — TNS
