SAD appoints core panel members
The SAD has appointed senior leaders Baldev Singh Mann and Varinder Singh Bajwa from Hoshiarpur as members of its core committee. Party spokesperson Daljit Singh Cheema said senior leaders Gurmit Singh Daduwal had been appointed as senior vice-president, Balbir Singh Miani and Sohan Singh Thandal as general secretaries.
Harinder Singh Dhindsa has been appointed the halqa in-charge for the Jalandhar North Assembly segment and Harmohan Singh Sandhu for Chamkaur Sahib. Constituency-level panels have been formed in various segments for the selection of candidates for zila parishad and panchayat samiti polls.
