Former Union minister Harsimrat Kaur Badal along with Rajya Sabha member Balwinder Singh Bhunder was briefly detained by the Chandigarh Police as their ‘kisan march’ was about to enter the union territory.

The police resorted to a mild lathicharge on SAD workers, during which Bhunder reportedly fell to the ground.
