Ajaypal Singh Brar, president of Misl Satluj, announced plans to expand by opening additional offices in Mohali and Bathinda. He stated that the organisation would work on addressing issues pertinent to the Sikh community and Punjab as a whole, with a particular focus on redefining centre-state relations. He emphasised the need to safeguard Punjab’s interests and ensure its resources were utilised effectively.

Brar also called for a Punjab-centric approach to policy formulation, which would better address the state’s unique challenges and aspirations.
