The SKM alleged that the Budget neglected the long-pending demand of comprehensive loan waiver to farmers and workers. As per official records, 31 farmers ended life by suicide across the country every day, it said. SKM leaders highlighted various areas where the Budget had allegedly fallen short of addressing the needs of the agricultural community.
