State dept exams postponed

The Punjab Government has decided to postpone the departmental examinations of IAS/PCS due to Covid-19. The date of submitting the forms has also been extended. The test will now be held between November 23 and 27 without any change in the schedule and the pattern of the datesheet announced earlier.
A government spokesperson said the Department of Personnel (PCS Branch) had issued a letter in this regard, in which it made clear that the candidates, who had already applied, need not apply again. Others could apply till October 20 through a proper channel, he said.
