Stolen items seized from two Jalandhar thieves
The Jalandhar Commissionerate Police, under the leadership of Commissioner Swapan Sharma, dismantled a gang of thieves operating in the city. They arrested two suspects with various stolen items. Commissioner Sharma said the arrests came during the investigation of FIR dated December 12, registered under the BNS Act at Bhargo Camp police station.
The police identified the accused as Harman alias Golu, a resident of Laliyan village in Lambra and Sahil alias Lucky, residing near Gurudwara Singh Sabha in Khambran village.
The police recovered a range of stolen items from the duo, including an inverter battery, an LED television, 11 brass glasses, a decorative brass glass, a brass cooking pot, a watch and six silver coins.
