Suicide by physiotherapist : Abohar couple arrested for abetment

The Abohar city-2 police have arrested Meenakshi Khanna and her husband Davinder Khanna alias Vicky, who were named in a suicide note left by a physiotherapist and a case was registered under Section 306/34 of the IPC.
The body of a 25-year-old physiotherapist was found hanging from a ceiling fan inside the clinic run in his house in Nai Abadi here on Sunday. In the suicide note, the deceased physiotherapist alleged he was upset over investments of Rs 25 lakh made allegedly on the behest of a couple in an online global private firm that no more existed.
Mukesh, brother of the deceased Dinesh Kumar, said his brother’s body was found hanging in the clinic, after which he informed the police.
A suicide note was found from the deceased in which a couple in Nai Abadi had been named for luring him to make investments worth Rs 25 lakh in a private company/firm.
He had borrowed a part of the investment from other people who were now demanding pay-back but the couple said that the whereabouts of the firm were no more known. The police have taken the said suicide note it into custody and started investigation into the incident.
In the suicide note, the deceased had attributed the responsibility of ending his life to Meenakshi and Davinder.
