Flaying the meeting between Punjab-cadre IAS officers and Delhi CM Arvind Kejriwal, BJP national general secretary Tarun Chugh today said Punjab CM Bhagwant Mann had been converted into a “rubber stamp”.
Reacting to reports that Kejriwal had summoned senior IAS officers from Punjab for a meeting in Delhi in the absence of the Punjab CM, Chugh said it was a grossly unconstitutional act of the Delhi CM. Chugh said it was not only an insult to state officials, but also a disgrace for Punjab itself that it would be run by the CM of another state. —
