The Tribune launched its two-day mega Real Estate Expo in Ludhiana on Saturday, marking a significant milestone for the region’s property sector.

Held at Hotel Park Plaza, the event was inaugurated by Member of Parliament Sanjeev Arora, in the presence of Amit Sharma, General Manager of The Tribune Trust.

The first-of-its-kind expo in Ludhiana drew an enthusiastic response, with numerous inquiries made on the very first day. Over 20 leading exhibitors from across the real estate and allied industries participated in the event, showcasing a wide range of residential and commercial projects.

MP Sanjeev Arora, while taking a round of the exhibition hall, congratulated The Tribune for its exceptional efforts and for maintaining its rich legacy in the region. He praised the publication, recalling that The Tribune was the first newspaper he ever read. Though many publications exist today, he said The Tribune holds a unique place due to its trust and reputation.

Arora took a keen interest in the stalls, engaging with developers and enquiring about upcoming projects in Ludhiana. Notably, he is also associated with the real estate sector himself and was accompanied at the event by General Manager Amit Sharma and Sanjeev Bariana. He stated that the timing of the event was ideal, given the growing interest of residents in real estate. Ludhiana and its surrounding areas have seen a consistent upward trend in the real estate market in recent years. The region now offers a wide array of choices—from mid-range to luxury properties—in both residential and commercial segments. Serious developers have entered this evolving market, offering projects that emphasise convenience, luxury and modern living.

Recognising these market dynamics, The Tribune—Northern India’s most trusted and leading English daily—has consistently monitored changing trends, especially in real estate. Responding to the evolving needs, it organised previous editions of The Tribune Realty Expo in Chandigarh (2019, 2020, 2024) and in Chandigarh and Shimla (2023). These expos provided a credible platform for real estate developers and allied industries to showcase their offerings directly to end-users.

Following the success of past editions, The Tribune brought the latest edition of the Region’s Biggest Real Estate Expo to Ludhiana on May 3 and 4, 2025. This year’s event features participation from top real estate companies and major banks offering housing finance options to prospective buyers. With consumer habits shifting towards home ownership and a surge in demand across all segments of housing, the Expo offers a valuable platform for both developers and buyers. It enables direct interaction between stakeholders and helps buyers explore multiple projects under one roof.

Visitors engaged actively with representatives from various companies, collecting detailed information about ongoing projects and financing options. A significant number of banks participated, offering tailored home loan solutions.

The two-day mega event is powered by Hampton Sky Realty Ltd as the Main Sponsor, with AGI Infra as the Co-Sponsor Exhibitor.

The exhibitors include: Hampton Sky Realty Limited, Uno Bank, The Welkin Heights, Eldeco, Vamana Group, AGI Infra, GK Estate, Cambium, Atulyam, Ludhiana Heights, SBP, Omaxe, Evoq, Belair, Das Associates, Western Living, Omera, RIPSS, Megique and SBP Group.
