Vivek Pratap Singh is Principal Secy to Governor
The Punjab Government has appointed 1996-batch IAS officer Vivek Pratap Singh as Principal Secretary to Governor Gulab Chand Kataria.
Orders issued by Chief Secretary KAP Sinha on Tuesday said Singh, who was previously the Principal Secretary, Technical Education and Industrial Training, would work along with the outgoing Additional Chief Secretary to the Governor, K Siva Prasad, till the later demitted the office.
K Siva Prasad, 1993-batch IAS officer posted as Additional Chief Secretary with the Punjab Governor, has been granted voluntary retirement. His resignation was accepted by the Department of Personnel and Training (DoPT), Government of India.
