Congress’ Gidderbaha MLA Amrinder Singh Raja Warring today came out in support of Punjabi singer Gurdas Maan, saying he would appeal to the Chief Minister and DGP to cancel the FIR against him for hurting religious sentiments.

In a video on Facebook, Warring said: “I condemn the registration of a case against Gurdas Maan. He has always given love to our mother tongue Punjabi.” — TNS
