Patiala, February 25
Leader of the Opposition in the Vidhan Sabha Partap Singh Bajwa today said he would not campaign for AAP anywhere where the Congress and AAP have tie-up. He said the Congress would not allow the upcoming Budget session from March 1 to run smoothly till the government took action against Haryana cops for the death of a farmer.
Bajwa further said some BJP leaders from Punjab were busy securing seats for their family members and, therefore, not raising the voice of farmers in Delhi.
Bajwa, who had come to Patiala to meet the injured farmers admitted at Government Rajindra Hospital, said he had been opposing tie-up with AAP and would not go to campaign or seek votes for any AAP candidate in Haryana or Delhi. His statement comes a day after the AAP and Congress sealed a seat-sharing formula for Delhi, Chandigarh, Haryana, Gujarat and Goa.
