Jalandhar, January 14

Congress leader Partap Bajwa on Sunday took on the AAP government terming the Sukhpal Khaira case as vendetta and dared the government that the Congress won’t stay quiet on these issues.

Bajwa also said AAP would pay a price for the vendetta. Stating that Khaira was being mistreated, Bajwa also termed it unfotunate that women were being ‘dragged’ into men’s issues.

Bajwa made these comments during his visit to Jalandhar to mark the first death anniversry of former Jalandhar MP Santokh Chaudhary. Chaudhary had passed away last year during Congress leader Rahul Gandhi’s Bharat Jodo Yatra’s Jalandhar stopover.

Along with Bajwa, Jaandhar North MLA Bawa Henry, Congress leaders Rajinder Beri, Navjot Dahiya, Rajinder Singh, Jagdish Raja, Surinder Kaur among others were also present.
