Chaman Vatika Gurukul, Ambala, organised a 41-kundiya yajna, symbolic of the beginning of the students’ official journey to acquire knowledge and imbibe sublime moral values. The ceremony signifies empowering girls to take their spiritual journey seriously and live a disciplined life. The ceremony instils in the youngsters a sense of pride in our Vedic culture and a deeper connection with their inner-selves. Yajyopaveet, a combination of three sacred threads, reminds the students that they will always remain indebted to their gurus, parents and universe; and that they must strive to give back to the universe through their thoughtful actions. AD Gandhi, the co-founder, Nisha Jain, Dr Rajendra Vidyalankar and Rishab Jain graced the event and blessed the girls. Principal Sonali Sharma inspired the students to imbibe the essence and true meaning of the ceremony, in order to live meaningful lives.
