The school organised a fun-filled educational trip to Pushpa Gujral Science City, Kapurthala. We reached Jalandhar via Dhuri, Malerkotla and Ludhiana. On the way, we saw a statue of Ganesha and Lord Shiva in Malerkotla and the Satluj passing through Ludhiana.

As soon as we entered the Science City, it was just an incredible experience. The city was a hub of activity with numerous exhibitions, demonstrations and interactive displays that showcased the wonders of science. The exhibitions were designed to engage visitors of all ages, with hands-on activities, interactive displays and fascinating presentations that brought science to life. Aeroplane simulator, roller coaster rides, 3D shows and laster lights stole the show.

Another highlight of my trip was the earthquake simulator — feeling the shakes of an earthquake. The mathematics gallery was another fascinating experience. The dinosaurs' park brought everyone on their feet.

A special thanks to science teacher Sarita Khurana who explained us the scientific aspect of everything at the Science City. The visit was in last October but the memories are still fresh.
