The school observed International Yoga Day, aiming to promote physical fitness, mental clarity, and emotional balance among students, parents, and staff. A special morning yoga session was conducted on the school premises. The session was led by Pratibha, yoga expert, Masters in Yoga Education and PE teacher, who guided the participants through a series of ‘asanas’ following the 2025 International Yoga Protocol. Students of classes VI to VIII reflected on yoga’s role in modern life through essays. Their writings displayed thoughtful viewpoints on how yoga nurtures discipline, focus, and emotional balance, during everyday’s busy routine and especially during exams. The online yoga quiz, conducted by the Ministry of Ayush on MyGov, provided students and teachers an opportunity to assess and deepen their understanding of yoga’s rich heritage, core practices, and health benefits.
