The school celebrated Gurpurb. Students performed various religious activities. Tiny-tots as well as the students from the senior classes presented an impressive glimpse of Sikh religion and culture to the spectators. The programme emphasised on following the preaching of Guru Nanak Dev and it had an everlasting effect on the spectators. Principal Meera Verma presented an award of honour to the chief guest. Alongside education, Principal Meera Verma encouraged students to participate in other activities and to follow the path shown by the Gurus. In addition, the entire congregation enjoyed the Gurmat programme and, in accordance with the tradition of langar initiated by Guru Nanak Dev, sat together in a single line to share the meal. At the end of the programme, the principal expressed gratitude to the guests, parents, and other dignitaries.
